If you already own a flat, Honorê suggests, after visiting it, to take care of it and to rent it over short or medium periods (within the framework of the regulations established by the Metropole).
How to apply ?
- We study with you any changes to the design and furnishing if required so that it conforms to the Honorê style.
- We define a fixed rent on the basis of a 1 year furnished lease.
- We run the apartment for tourists or professional customers (in agreement with major Lyon groups and other training organizations).
- We run the maintenance of the apartment.
- We take on the various necessary fees into account: water, gas, electricity and the Internet.
- Finally, Honorê is an adventure of many years of experience that goes on by writing a new story: Riva Lofts & Suites now gives way to Honorê. We promise you peace and reliability for many coming years.
